Everything was very good, so were lovely views of the mountains in the distance and the motel. The service was great, that made the hotel nice little place. Moreover, I parked on-site. Location: the venue was not far from shops and bars.

Excellent location and facilities. We were lucky to stay at Palm Pacific Resort & Motel for a couple of days pre-Christmas and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa were a great way to relax, and we even had a tennis court to enjoy. The rooms were clean and quiet, with no upstairs neighbors. The resort is just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Overall the room is modern, neat and includes a lounge, WiFi and a dining table. The service is excellant with free parking available and lovely meals.

Very enjoyable short stay, as always. Little hotel, recently refurbished rooms, superfriendly staff. Location just next door to tennis court. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay here - the location was perfect, super close to everything. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were great, the pool right outside my room was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed its big size rooms. It boasted PARTICULARLY GOOD views of the mountains in the distance. Brilliant very central location right by town / beach, and the town centre.

The location of this resort is perfect, right next to the fire station and close to shops. It's conveniently situated in the center, just at the end of the main street. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great pressure in the shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and the staff are helpful and dedicated. The whole site is spotlessly clean, making for a pleasant stay. There are also plenty of facilities to enjoy.

The only downside is that the TV is not in the bedroom, which may be inconvenient for those who are used to falling asleep with the TV on.

Also, location was great and brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Whangamata Beach. The rooms were spotless and neat, with a bathtub. We appreciated the time here and would stay here again.

I was offered a room with good views of the mountains in the distance. Had such facilities, like a lounge, WiFi and a dining table. I had a very enjoyable short time at this hotel and would use them next time.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. And the outdoor pool was a great bonus, perfect for a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring.

Location near shops, restaurants and bottle store, the beach and pier and fire station. Good sized and new-fashioned room with an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff was amazing, helpful, and kind. Tidy and cozy room. Convenient parking. Well-equipped kitchen. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Pool towels provided. Enjoyable jacuzzi. Free access to tennis court and boccia. Best place we stayed in New Zealand.
